Soros’s Shadow Over The Nation: Exposed Or Denied?
The smear campaign against Charlie Kirk, even in death, shows how deep the rot runs in establishment media. The Nation magazine allowed Elizabeth Spiers—an ex-Gawker operative—to brand Kirk a “racist” and “Nazi propagandist”. This grotesque attack appeared just days after his death, leaving no room for mourning.
JD Vance, stepping into the fire, blew the whistle on the magazine’s hidden backers: George Soros and his Open Society Foundation. For years, The Nation Institute—rebranded as Type Media Center—funneled at least $1.3 million from Soros’s networks into the very machinery producing this propaganda. In 2022, another $150,000 rolled in under the guise of “independent journalism”.

Yet, Bhaskar Sunkara, a self-proclaimed “democratic socialist” now running The Nation, flatly denied any Soros connection, playing the same semantic game leftist outlets use when the funding trail is too obvious to ignore. This is how they launder credibility—rebrand, rename, obscure, but never stop cashing the cheques.
The corporate press knows exactly what it’s doing: vilify conservatives, reward compliant writers with donor money, and hope the public never follows the money trail. But the receipts are there. The Nation took Soros’s money. They took it to fuel the very machine now desecrating the memory of Charlie Kirk.
Isn’t it time we asked: who really writes the headlines—the editors, or the billionaire oligarchs bankrolling them?
